Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You will need to provide an email with your order confirmation number to complete your return.

Refunds

Only unused, unopened packages are eligible for a return. Once your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return before inquiring about your refund. If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card issuer, as processing times can vary.
